Terms of Service

By using Fire Empire Headquarters (fireempire.net) or signing in with Roblox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This is the community website of the Fire Empire group on Roblox. Some sections are open to everyone, and others are restricted by your rank in the group. The site is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

• You sign in with your Roblox account. Please keep that account secure.
• What you can see depends on your current group rank, which is checked against Roblox group data. If your rank changes, your access changes with it.
• Do not try to get around these restrictions, or to view pages or data you are not permitted to see.

Please do not:

• attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data
• collect other people's information from the site by automated means
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your rank
• use the site to harass or harm others

Staff who have access to leadership tools must use them only for official community duties. Actions taken with those tools are recorded in a permanent audit log.

Decisions about rank, discipline, leave of absence and assignments are made by community leadership under the community's own rules. Records on this site, including join and leave history, are kept as part of running the community. Information shown on the site may be incomplete or a few minutes behind Roblox.

The site is provided as is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or remove features at any time.

We may limit or remove access for anyone who breaks these terms or the community rules, or to protect the community and the site.

To the extent the law allows, the Fire Empire staff are not responsible for losses that result from using the site or from it being unavailable.

Questions about these terms can be sent to the Fire Empire Administration Team through our official Discord server.
