Privacy Policy

Fire Empire Headquarters (fireempire.net) is the official website of the Fire Empire community group on Roblox. This policy explains what information the site handles and why.

When you choose Sign in with Roblox, Roblox asks for your permission and then shares only the following with this site:

• Your Roblox user ID
• Your Roblox username and display name
• A link to your Roblox avatar image

We never see your Roblox password. We do not ask for access to your inventory, experiences, Robux, messages or friends, and the site cannot take any action on your Roblox account. The temporary access token Roblox gives us is used once to read the details above and is not kept.

For every member of the Fire Empire Roblox group, whether or not they ever sign in, the site keeps a record built from public Roblox group information:

• Roblox user ID, username and display name
• Group rank
• The date the member joined, the date they most recently joined, and how many times they have left the group
• Whether and when their rank changed, and what it changed from

Community leadership may also record leave of absence requests (including a reason and dates), task assignments, and an audit log of staff actions such as rank changes and disciplinary actions. Pages that show this information are limited to members with the required group rank.

So that times on the site appear in your own time zone, your browser tells the site its time zone (for example, America/Chicago). If you are signed in, the site also saves that time zone on your member record. Members with Imperial Oversight access can see it in the Personnel List and Member Lookup, along with your current local time, which helps leadership schedule events and leaves of absence. It is a region, not an address or precise location, and it comes from your device settings, so it can be wrong if you use a VPN or travel. Regular members cannot see other members' time zones.

The site has a member inbox. Announcements, promotion and rank change notices, task assignments, leave of absence decisions and similar messages are stored so that you can read them. Each message is shown only to the member it was sent to. You can mark messages as read or delete them from your inbox. Deleting hides a message from you, and a copy may be kept in our records.

The site uses one login cookie that lasts up to 7 days. It is signed so it cannot be altered, it is not readable by scripts in your browser, and it holds your Roblox ID, name, avatar link and an expiry time. A second security cookie lasts about 10 minutes while you sign in. A third cookie remembers your time zone for up to a year so times display correctly, and it works whether or not you sign in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use it to recognize you when you sign in, to decide which pages your group rank allows you to see, and to run the community: keeping the member roster, leave of absence records, assignments, inbox messages and the audit log. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

The site is hosted on Vercel and its records are stored in a Supabase database. Roblox provides the sign-in. We do not share information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

• You can sign out at any time from the account menu on the site.
• You can remove this site's access to your Roblox account from your Roblox account settings.
• To ask about, correct or remove a record, contact the Fire Empire Administration Team through our official Discord server. Some leadership records, including audit log entries, may be kept as a permanent record of staff actions.

Roblox requires accounts to be 13 or older to authorize apps like this one. The site is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
